Our Therapy

I meet with teens and adults ages 11 and up for individual counseling. Many issues I address include anxiety, depression, peer relationships, trauma, loss, self-esteem, self-harm, anger management, and life transitions. You matter. I can help.

No one gives you a manual explaining how to parent, and each child is different. Managing parent/child relationships are hard! I will listen as a nonbiased party and allow a safe space for you to communicate, understand one another, and grow together.

As a nonbiased third party, my goal is to establish healthy communication through validation of each person's feelings. You can disagree and maintain respect. I will mediate and offer guidance.
